Staff is, with food, the heaviest line in your accounts. It's not about cutting hours: it's about putting them where the money comes in. This Brain matches your rota against each hour's sales and tells you where you're overstaffed and where you're short.
What you get
- The rota, against real footfall.
- Contracted and planned hours, week by week.
- Staff cost and sales per labour hour.
- Alerts when a shift or a week goes out of range.
What it isn't
A rota is not the legal time-tracking record: it plans, it doesn't clock in. Payroll stays with your accountant.
How this Master grows
Your business's Google Sheets and personalised instructions to build your own Brain with Claude Code.
We fill it with your data, build its context on your computer and in Knife's private repository, and send it with its page working.
Send us an email, a text, a voice note or a Slack message and we change it straight away.
Or, without leaving your Brain, use the magic wand: ask for the change on the screen itself, see a preview of what you asked for and, once you approve, Knife carries it out automatically.
Prices per client, VAT included. The deposit is €95 per Master and is deducted from its first deliverable.
Always included
your area on Google Maps. Who ranks above you in your radius, with their rating, reviews and trend; what your competitors' guests praise and complain about; and where you're losing the people searching for you.
It runs on Knife, with your password
Your Brain lives on your Knife page and runs on our machines. You don't have to share your Drive: its context is kept on your computer and in Knife's private repository. If you ever leave, you take your data and we delete it.
How it starts
You pay a €95 deposit and book 30 minutes. We go through it with your numbers and send you your first deliverable. The deposit is deducted.
