The rating is the symptom; the reason is the lever. An unanswered review tells the next guest nobody's watching. One answered with a template tells them the same. We set up the system so every review —on Google and on the delivery platforms— and every message gets answered the way you would, without you having to do it. And what your guests say stops getting lost: it reaches you and whoever needs to know.
What you get
- Your voice, written down. You give us five replies you wrote yourself, and from them comes how you speak: the tone, what you say and what you'd never say.
- Pending reviews, answered. On Google and on Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat or Glovo, wherever your volume is. The sensitive ones —food poisoning, a named staff member, a threat— don't get answered automatically: they're escalated to you.
- What your guests say, passed on. An alert when there's something new and a summary of what keeps coming up, sent to whoever has to act on it: the dish arriving cold to the kitchen, the wait to the floor, the missing product to purchasing.
- DMs and comments, with judgement. What gets answered, what gets routed to bookings or orders, and what gets left.
- A fixed moment to ask for reviews in the location and a monthly read of the reasons, so the rating rises for what actually moves it.
Set up for you to run
At the end of the ten days the system works and you run it: you look at what's escalated to you and little else. If you'd rather we kept running it, that's a separate, bespoke conversation.

your area on Google Maps. Who ranks above you in your radius, with their rating, reviews and trend; what your competitors' guests praise and complain about; and where you're losing the people searching for you.
It runs on Knife, with your password
Your Brain lives on your Knife page and runs on our machines. You don't have to share your Drive: its context is kept on your computer and in Knife's private repository. If you ever leave, you take your data and we delete it.
How it starts
You pay a €95 deposit and book 30 minutes. We go through it with your numbers and send you your first deliverable. The deposit is deducted.
Questions
Will it show that I didn't write it?
It shouldn't: it comes from your own replies. And nothing sensitive gets answered without you seeing it.
Which platforms?
Google and delivery platform reviews —Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Glovo— and Instagram DMs and comments. If your volume is somewhere else, tell us at the start.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. We set it up for you to run. If you want us to keep running it, that's bespoke.
