The toothache isn't the accounting: it's chasing invoices, sending them to the accountant and then finding the cash doesn't match. This master turns it round. Invoices that reach your inbox are saved in their folder on their own, the master reads them and puts them in their month and line, and you open a sheet that's already up to date.
What you get
- Your P&L, month by month. Sales, food cost, staff, occupancy, utilities and the rest, in euros and as a share of sales.
- Inputs and assumptions, kept apart. Data —till, bank, invoices— goes in Inputs. Hypotheses go in Assumptions, written down with their source. Anything without a source is flagged as pending.
- Actual and forecast cash flow. Week by week, what came in and went out and what's coming, so you see the hole before you fall into it.
- Balance sheet and asset register. What you own, what you owe and what you depreciate.
- Invoices, filed on their own. From your inbox to your Drive or Dropbox, and from there to their month and line.
Works with the product master
The food cost in the P&L comes from the product master: what you bought against what you sold.

The bookkeeping stays with your accountant. Us reading it every month and telling you what to do is bespoke.

It runs on Knife, with your password
Your Brain lives on your Knife page and runs on our machines. You don't have to share your Drive: its context is kept on your computer and in Knife's private repository. If you ever leave, you take your data and we delete it.
How it starts
You pay a €95 deposit and book 30 minutes. We go through it with your numbers and send you your first deliverable. The deposit is deducted.
Questions
Do I have to change accountant?
No. We work with what yours sends; a ledger in Excel or PDF is fine.
Is the master mine?
Yes. It lives in your Drive, you can download it as Excel and change the numbers.
What if invoices arrive on paper?
Take a photo and upload it to the month's folder; the master reads it just the same.
